Good thorough Dr., but I have had to wait an extraordinarily long time (2+ hours) after my scheduled appointment time to get in to the exam room to be seen. This happens each time I ‘used to go’ to see him. Had to change Dr.’s.

I called to schedule an appointment due to an eye issue and had a horrible experience. A scheduler refused to offer an appointment and instead requested personal health information over the phone. Unprofessional and rude.

I'm sure Dr. Felch is perfectly competent, but I can't afford the $400+ I was charged for a very brief visit and quick exam. If money/value matters to you, look elsewhere. I won't go back, I was a blind-sided by the size of the charge for the amount of time spent.

I tried Multiple times over a number of visits to get him to listen to me about my eye complaints, blurriness, glare, pain, and night blindness. He said there was nothing wrong except dry eyes. I went for a second opinion and was shocked to discover that I actually have several issues going on that Dr. Felch had never addressed at all. Extremely disappointed

The most ridiculous thing I have ever heard was from their Franklin location that I have to wait 3 months to have my son’s eyes check!!!! Will never call them again.
