Not happy at all. Claims my problems are all neauropathy and my brain. I lose my balance as my feet are not secure in my shoes. I could get diabetic insoles but he referred me to a place th does Not accept Medicare or insurance. The visit was worthless.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Poole, Haley and the rest of the staff. Dr. Poole was efficient, personable, quite knowledgeable and made my foot’s healing process easier than expected. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Poole and his staff are the best! They are all concerned for their patients, very professional and kind. I would not go to any other practice for my foot care needs. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

I unfortunately had to visit Dr. Poole for a procedure on my big toe. However, I was pleasently surprised by how clean his offices were, and how compassionate and professional he and his entire staff were. I had NO complications, NO pain, NO issues after my visit....a few years later, I had to return for an issue on the other big toe...again, NO complications, NO pain, NO issues. His kind staff even held my hand to give extra comfort and reassurance. Great communicator, compassionate and excellent care! Highly recommend!

Can’t recommend Dr. Poole enough!! After being in excruciating pain for weeks to the point of not even being able to walk and having a local doctor tell me to just tough it out, I was able to get a same day appointment and drove over an hour to Dr. Poole’s office. He was super kind and willing to help and gave me shots that almost instantly offered relief. His staff and the entire office is super nice as well.
