Dr. Santana is one of the best doctors I have ever dealt with. She takes the time to listen to you and does her best to help you with any and all health problems you may have. I have recommended her to several of my friends and will continue to do so.

Dr. Santana might be one of the most incompetent nephrologists I've ever seen. I have never personally seen her but, someone I know has been going to her for sometime. In that time she has had scripts filled wrong, put him in the hospital for some much needed dialysis then once he's out not have anymore done for 9 days, not filled scripts at all after multiple calls from multiple nurses and pharmacy to fill.

I think Dr Santana is an amazing doctor who works very hard for her patients. I find her to be smart, warm and generous.

I would like to be able to comment on Dr Santana's abilities but after having waited 75 minutes in a rather uncomfortable waiting room after arriving on time for my appointment I gave up and left. I feel like I should be sending her an invoice for my hourly rate.

I met Dr. Santana 4/6/18 and was impressed with her compassion, her insight, honesty and thoroughness. I have already recommended her to 2 close friends who will benefit from her services.

Dr. Jennifer Santana De Los Santos is simply outstanding. My experience with her has been very positive. She is knowledgable and shows genuine concern for her patient. I am not just another person with her. She takes the time to follow up with telephone calls and responds promptly with answers to my questions. I could not have found a better kidney specialist.

as in my title, I think very highly of Dr.Santana,not only as a very careing doctor,but a very careing person in general. I have had no negitive feelings in her care,quite the opposite. After returnning from vacation I learned that Dr.Santana had moved to cool springs. I called to make sure she would keep me as her patient.

Dr. Santana is a very personable Dr. who puts you at ease as soon as you meet her. she seems genuinely concerned about her patients . She is the only Dr. I have had call me at home to see how I was doing and to give me lab or test results. I would HIGHLY recommend her to any potential patients.
