I had a wonderful experience with this office in Franklin/CoolSprings area. Very thorough testing, as well as kind and considerate with her all my questions and concerns however, it is expensive for any hearing instruments and it’s no different here I can honestly recommend these folks…

The experience upon entering the door is warm, welcoming and professional. Scheduling an appointment is easy and the exams and follow-ups are efficient, but not rushed. An excellent resource if you are having or think you may have a hearing loss.

Very thorough and professional. From the PCC at the front desk to the audiologist (Mary Tjader) my experience was excellent and all my questions were answered. I will highly recommend this company and location to anyone that needs help with their hearing needs.
