Terrible. Nice person, horrible ER doctor. He did nothing and wouldn’t give me a diagnosis and also didn’t recommend any tests or have any concerns about what I was experiencing. I went jome and still felt awful so I googled my symptoms and they were to top symptoms for a gallbladder attack. Textbook. I went to an urgent care the next morning snd the NP immediately diagnosed it as gallbladder issues and sent me back to the ER and this time it was thankfully a different staff working. The nurses were nice and the doctor was nice and actually listened to me and also determined it was gallbladder without even having the scans done yet. He ordered ultrasound and ct scan and sure enough my gallbladder had to come out. This doctor didn’t even attempt to get to the root of my issues and while it wasn’t life threatening I’m now healing from gall bladder surgery and glad I don’t have to go back to visit him at the ER.

No! Misdiagnosed and it could of had a very bad ending if I didnt have someone show up to help me and make me stay until someone else could see me. I hope they reconsider him for this ER if he can't get it together.

Sorry to hear about the other persons experience. This was my 1st time in the Emergency room for myself and Dr Britt was everything I would want in a Dr. He listened , he was calm and informative. Ididn’t feel rushed or that my concerns bored him. He made me feel confident that he would figure it out. His bedside manner was the most important thing about it all and figuring out what was causing all my head pain..He did figure out and I’m on way back. He was perfect for me.. His nurse Barbara too

This was my 1st Emergency room visit as a patient. All of the front line at the Hospital were patient, polite, comforting and professional. When they put me in a room, before I even started filling out the paper , I was amazed. Then it took about 20-25 min and Dr. Britt walked in and had the most amazing bedside manner. He listened, he was calm I didn’t feel rushed, he gave great eye contact and I felt confident that he would find the best solution for me.. Just the way you would want the person who will determine if you’re getting out there in one piece would be.. He was calm and knowledgeable and patient and caring.. He doesn’t seem like the type to talk to much, but the right person to be analytical when it comes to saving your life.. His nurse Barbara was on it too... Thank you Dr. Britt

Sorry, to say “NOT GOOD!!!” Dr.Britt needs to work on his bed side manners. I relive we all have bad days and maybe it was for him. But at least put some heart in what you do. I thought Williamson Medical Center would do better than that.
