Low T Center's Online Review Report Card

Terrible experience!! Everything they did was handled in such an unprofessional manner. If you suffer from Sleep Apnea and are looking for help, get an In-Lab sleep study. Don’t bother taking Low T Center’s joke of an In-Home Test. It also took forever to get my My Medical records and notes from them to be sent over to a real Doctor. Gross negligence across the board. Stay Away!

Is it normal to call corporate to express concerns to be told I will have an answer that day and now a week later still haven't heard from anyone!! Is it normal to bill my insurance for 40 weeks of allergy shots nearly 3 months ago and I still haven't had a single dose even though it's been paid??

They need to change the name from Low T to Low S because if you call the North Beach office and get Lizzie low service is all you will get . I ran out of shots and noticed I didn’t have any new ones on the way so I called and asked why. Lizzie said I need to go into the app and chat to find out why. I said well I’m driving and a bit busy can you not look into it for me ? She then literally laughed and said. This is your treatment you need to do it. I did not feel like arguing with lazy Lizzie so I said can I just speak with the doctor please. Apparently that really upset her because she then went off on me about how no one could help me there I had to use the app and on and on. I let her go off for a bit then said . So is the doctor not available? She said no. I said can you have him call me? She said yes and hung up. I did chat with the app after she hung up on me it’s been 24 hours and no response back from the app and have had no call back from anyone at that office. Bet they still charge my card anyway.

Having issues with low T center. the app that is accompanied with the service is not worth anything. I used the help section on the app and not received any response. my medication has not been delivered. It's been nearly 2 weeks and empower pharmacy States they have no record of refill. yet low t center claims they have ordered it. I have a tracking #. I contacted fedex they state the package is lost because it's been greater than 7 days I have not had my medication.

The service at these locations used to be great, now not so much between billing issues, wait times, and customer service falling off to being non existent save your time and money and find a different provider.

TRT has helped me tremendously low t center is not a very good place to receive this treatment. I went with the low t center because they said they Mail your prescriptions to you it has been 5 months since I've been on that mailing list and have not received any prescriptions from them I continue to make the 90+ mins round trip trek to pick up my now more expensive prescription (More expensive for the convenience of mailing)Today I made the trek to go pick up my prescription at 1:15 p.m. and the office is closed I called all the other offices in the state which are also closed without even so much as a note on the door or letting their answering service know that they will be closed This is the last straw for me I will be finding somewhere else to get my prescriptions

Just a great place to go on Friday morning the girls are great and the doctor"s are cool . They will make you feel like a new man. Work"s for me so if you are reading this put in a great REVIEW for them a great place to go.I am glad i started going there. Terry Upton.

UPDATE: 1-18-2021: Very Professional experience and a Happy atmosphere. I have been going to the Low T centers since the year 2013 . Even on vacation i stopped in Arkansas Low T center and they treated me like they had known me forever and Another time I was in the Hendersonville.TN area on a Saturday and they had been closed about 15 min. according to the front door sign but a Doctor opened up and offered to treat me with all his staff gone for the day , they do care about their patients !POSTED: 11 months ago: No turtles here, in and out if i am in a hurry and but i am never rushed by the always smiling staff, If i have a lot of questions about my health you can tell they ❤ through the quality of service they give me, Very caring and professional ,, Changed my life to a healthier - younger feeling of me.

started my trt journey here. they do plenty of labs to get your hormones correct. started in Dublin ohio. several clinics throughout country. great overall experience as a patient.

Wonderful group here, they do all the proper bloodwork, go over the results, etc. Glad I started going here. 5 stars.
