Very unprofessional. If I could rate a zero I would. A nurse there canceled my appointment and never communicated it to me. I went and wasted my gas and it took them 15 minutes to tell me it was canceled. I over heard them talking about it and the lady tried to act like she didn’t know what happened when they told me. I will never go back they do not care for my health. I’ve been having heart palpitations for a while and all they do is ekg. I can do that from my Apple Watch at home. They are careless.

My experience with Mercy started off extremely positive from the intake appointment all the way through a few months of weekly therapy. Unfortunately, I had to take a one-month break from therapy for personal reasons. Since then, I can't get them to call me back, email me through the portal...nothing. For a Christian-based facility, they are not very forgiving or understanding.

I believe in the mission of Mercy and they do have good people working there, but the leadership and management is the worse. I was in tears after working at Mercy for three weeks. The turnover rate for providers and staff is quite high. Run, don't walk away, if they offer you a position there. I gave them two stars for the patients they serve and for the employees who were supportive of me while I was there.

I got the worst experience today with Dr. John. He didn't take anytime to check my complains about my health. He told me he has only 15 minutes to take care of me and he took 10 minutes of that time to be out of the room. He was really rude. Mercy is worst and worst. They don't care about our health.

I would not recommend children counselling therapy at this clinic.

I am very disappointed in this clinic. I wasn’t told that I was getting blood work so I ate lunch and they did the blood work anyway and now I am told I was to fast. They don’t communicate with you. Don’t go here if you are looking for communication from the front desk or the doctor.
