I’ve been a patient of this group for over forty years. Always been impressed with their professionalism and care. Dr. Chris Mantle has received a number of patient referrals from me because of his knowledge, his proactive treatment of my allergies and hearing issues , and his genuine willingness to explain the procedures he recommends.

Dr. Clinkscales was the epitome of the way I wish all doctors could/would react with patients. This was my first to see Dr. Clinkscales although I had seen another doctor within the same practice a year or so ago. Dr. Clinkscales had reviewed my file prior to entering the room/meeting me and my husband. He listened. He offered logical suggestions. He texted my audiologist to get my latest hearing test sent to him. I now feel that I have an ENT that cares. That is such a good feeling. Thank you, Dr. Clinkscales!!

I wasn’t able to barely hear out my left ear and Dr Clinkscales said he could give me a healthy ear with surgery but couldn’t guarantee I would be able to hear any better I opted for the surgery and that was 2 years ago I just had my hearing checked and I am happy to say I can hear now and I haven’t heard barely anything since I was 15 years old I am now almost 74 years old I would recommend him to anyone who has ear problems

I had dealt with a very uncomfortable and painful problem in my throat for 3 years I had gone to 3 different doctors several times who were unable to find what was wrong I went to Otolaryngology Associates knowing it was my last hope and within 30 minutes they knew what the problem was and started taking steps to correct it I am so happy they took the time and had the knowledge to heal me

They do not answer the phone or return messages through “text” even though they tell you to text. They cancelled my appointment after I asked a question on the voicemail. No one even let me know they cancelled my appt so I showed up anyway. Not pursuing a doctor at an office that doesn’t answer their phone.
