Outpatient Imaging Affiliates's Online Review Report Card

Poor job by a Vanderbilt associated service! Seems their billing system has a massive disconnect. It is their policy to require PRE-payment on certain services yet they do not forward those transactions to their billing department. I've been sent payment due notices for 2 months straight now.

IFIRST, IT IS JUST CRAZY THAT THE RESPONSE TO EVERY NEGATIVE REVIEW IS TO ASK IF YOU HAVE CONTACTED PATIENT SERVICES YET? THERE IS ZERO RESPONSIBILITY EVEN FROM THE PEOPLE AUTHORIZED TO RESPOND TO PROBLEMS! BLAME THE PATIENT FOR NOT CALLING YET ANOTHER PHONE CALL THAT WILL BE IGNORED!! I have been trying to schedule a Myelogram for 3 months at least. The doctor placed the wrong order first. Then the order was written but they couldn't schedule before my pre-certification expired. My doctor again ordered it and after 3 messages without a return call, I sent a message thru MyHealth. When I finally got a response my doctor had left Vanderbilt and my order again canceled. My new doctor wrote new orders and I was scheduled for tomorrow. I was asked several questions while I made my appointment. I had 3 more calls I returned answering the same questions asked when I scheduled. Today, almost 4 months from starting this process Cool Springs Imaging called me to cancel saying they don't have the right C Arm machine for the test and I need to schedule at 100 Oaks (which is an absolute nightmare-no parking is ever available and you have to walk the length of a football field in and out (which is a big problem for someone in serious chronic pain). I asked repeatedly why no one caught this sooner and got multiple ridiculous answers each contradicting a prior statement.I have been dreading this painful procedure for a while. Now, my option is to go tomorrow and see if the radiologist will be able to do the procedure (I asked to talk to them but was told that wasn't allowed).Every appointment is a little piece of hell.

Kim could not have been more helpful! She had to work to find the information as my doctor had just sent it in. She took time to get me all the answers I needed. Great customer service!

My advice is to choose another location if you can. My 1st appointment I waited over an hour in the waiting room because they were running behind only to find out THEY FORGOT ABOUT ME! When they said I would be next, a woman who had come in after me threw a fit and said I had just walked in and had not been there. They took her and asked me to stay. No way! I rescheduled.This appointment I was asked to arrive at 7:40 am for my  8 am appointment. The staff didn't even arrive until  8 am! Those of us who had early appointments had to wait in the lobby until they decided to open the office door. There were no apologies, no friendly greetings, just dead pan faces. It was obvious they didn't want to be there.Never again!!

Have not actually been to the appointment yet. Have to go in for diagnostic studies due to abnormal test results and cannot get an appointment for a month. Waited on hold to 30 minutes twice to try and get an appointment t. I hope there is nothing to find on diagnostic because they are certainly in no hurry to get anything done!!!!!

After having postoperative complications, my father was scheduled to have imaging immediately preceding a visit with the surgeon. There were issues with the insurance precertification (i.e. it wasn't completed by the imaging center staff) ... despite leaving four different voicemails, over the course of one week, nobody bothered to return our call. Upon arrival to Cool Springs Imaging, we waited for nearly an hour while they scrambled to get last minute insurance approval and finally, we had to cancel the appointment for both the diagnostic imaging and for the visit with the surgeon. I was given the number for a supervisor, which I called and left a voicemail, and still no one bothered to return the call. If you need imaging, I would advocate for going somewhere else - anywhere else - before attempting to "receive care" this facility.

Wait time is ridiculously even we had an appointment! The answer is: we are behind!They don't value your time. Never schedule with this office agian!

Always a painless experience...for a mammogram

Mri staff was terribly rude and the whole process felt cold and like a factory, Not a good customer experience.

Friendly and caring staff. Was in and out in 30 minutes. Could not be easier!
