Competent Doctor, but BE PREPARED TO WAIT.
Dr. Fleser has performed many surgical procedures on me since 2017, either alone or with Dr. Iranmanesh. Not only is he an excellent and highly skilled surgeon, he genuinely cares about the welfare of his patients. He also has a great sense of humor, which is a blessing in times of illness induced stress. I have never worried before any surgery he has performed, because I believe he will continue to do the best for me. His office staff, nurses, techs, PA’s and front office are the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever had the privilege of working with. I am blessed to be under the care of Middle Tennessee Vascular..
Dr Fleser is a skilled surgeon who provides exceptional care. I was lucky enough to get assigned him through the ER. His OR team is also top notch. Communicated well with my husband throughout surgery and thankful for my successful outcome. Highly recommend if in need of Vascular Surgeon. Again , highly knowledgeable and skilled.
My daughter had Median arcuate ligament syndrome. A rare condition that causes severe stomach pain and nausea as well as other GI issues. He immediately put her at ease and listened. He told her he would do his best to help her. And he did!! He and his whole staff were amazing.
Dr.fleser performed a carotid endarterectomy on my mother, just yesterday.staff called me and updated me often.very nice, answered all my questions and were just as concerned as I was .because of the covid pandemic we didn't meet but, spoke on phone sounded really sweet and genuine .thank you for giving me my mother for a while longer.much appreciation !
Dr Fleser as a doctor is great. Great person, personality. All around wonderful doctor with excellent bed side manor. THERE SCHEDULING IS ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL! This is now my third visit with each visit over an hour in the waiting room. My Appt today was at 12:30. It is now 1:45. On my last Appt, I literally had to walk out. I said I’ve been here for over an hour waiting. Then they brought me to the examination room, of which I was there at least another 25 minutes. Twiddling my thumbs. I took off work to be there, and gave myself ample buffer...so I thought. Deja vu, here I am again. 80 minutes and still in the waiting room. If you feel like reading your Bible from cover to cover, this is the place. Great doctor and great staff. Horrendous scheduling operation. It makes the DMV seem like Dollywood.
My mother is 78 years old and has a broken femur. Her Ortho Doctor sent her to Middle Tennessee Vascular to have an ultrasound. We got there around 10 AM. Checked in, and at 11:30 I went to the front desk and asked how much longer. She then informed me that we were being worked in but would be next. Nothing was mentioned about that when we walked in. And speaking of walking in, two receptionists were behind the desk and saw me trying to get in the door with a person in a wheelchair and never got up to assist with the door. Finally at about 12, they took us back to a room. The Ultrasound Technician was very polite. Did the ultrasound and informed us that she did have 3 blood clots and would need to see the doctor. So, we waited and waited again, and after about 45 minutes, I stuck my head out the door and the tech said "oh, I was just coming to tell you the doctor just got here and is looking over the info and will be in soon. After another 30 minutes, he finally comes in, tells us absolutely nothing. No info to take back to the nursing home for the nurses, no medication change, no treatment at all for the blood clots. My elderly mother, with a broken femur and rheumatoid arthritis, sat in their office for 4 hours for him to waltz in for about 5 minutes and tell her nothing, other than confirm there was a blood clot and said we would need to contact the doctor that put her on blood thinners originally to make any changes to her medicine. If that was the case, not sure why they didn't just tell us up front we needed to go see another doctor. Again, realize they were "working us in" as they said, but it would have been nice to have been told that when we walked in, especially to an empty waiting room. Not a positive experience and I definitely would not recommend anyone to go here.
Dr. Fleser treated me for median arcuate ligament syndrome which is very rare and hard to find a surgeon who is well experienced and extremely knowledgeable on, and dr. Fleser is both! I highly recommend him, more and more people are using him for this and are seeing great results. He is also the kindest physician I have ever met in my life!
Dr. Fleser was very knowledgeable in a rare condition that I was diagnosed with, and he explained the condition and the surgical treatment with compassion and thoroughness. Professional, kind, thorough, patient, excellent. His whole team is exceptional! Have recommended him several times and everyone comes away with the same positive experience.
Dr. Fleser is very confident and made me feel very relaxed. I give Dr. Fleser and his Staff a 5 Star rating. Thank you Dr. Fleses for a job well done. Alan Singleton July 2018.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
