The entire staff is friendly and on top of their game. One of the things I like is that the staff doesn’t display over filled lips, frozen faces and extreme makeup. I’ve been to practices like that and it makes me feel like selling aesthetic treatments is what’s most important to them. My husband and I have seen two different doctors in this practice. Most recently we have been seeing Dr. Lee. Both doctors were personable and very thorough. We appreciate their willingness to take their time to answer questions. I highly recommend this practice.

First of all, I was a few minutes late because of traffic. The front desk was quite rude. Then I proceed to the room and the technician or nurse was also quite rude. As the Doctor I think she was a doctor came in, she was very quick to the Point bedside manners were terrible And I just felt like because I was a little late and there was no one in the waiting room that I got treated disrespectfully when I left the room everyone was sitting at their desk in front of me. No one said goodbye. Have a great day just looked at me so I will not be returning. In just a small note, the receptionist to the right as you walk in the really was very kind and considerate. It was the lady on the left that made me feel in the beginning that I should not have even shown up at this point I wished I hadn’t. If you are looking for a dermatologist, I would suggest not go out of your way to be a part of this group. I would find someone near NASHVILLE or somewhere near Brentwood, but not this one at the location was beside the hospital in Franklin off 96 in a little corner so I’m just not feeling what they have to offer as customer service or bedside manners.
