Went in due to an allergic reaction, explained all of the symptoms and was told that it didn't add up to an allergic reaction. Wanted to run blood labs and an EKG test to run up a bill, had to say no. Did not receive anything, not even recommended to see an allergist and unfortunately just not taken seriously as a patient. Sure enough go and see an allergist to get tests that confirm my severe allergy that I was having a reaction from.

Dr Boyd did everything within his power to stop the bleeding from my permcath. Took great care of me when I arrived at Williamson ER.

Worst doctor I have ever met, very inexperienced, jerk mentality, basically told me that how i was feeling was invalid and not possible!!! thinks he knows everything and doesn’t care about his patients..just cares about getting a check i guess. i believe that if you’re in the healthcare industry you have to have to be a people person and you have a want to help people, this guy has no want or even desire to help others. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! STAY AWAY FROM WILLIAMSON MEDICAL!!!

Saw Dr Boyd in the Williamson Medical Center ER. His service was fine, pretty much what you would expect from an ER doctor who has zero investment in his patient. My biggest problem is that his practice sent me to collections without ever sending a bill. We received a phone call saying we owed, but it gave no phone number or other way to pay. When I tried to find a phone number, all numbers I could find online, as well as the one given by the hospital were wrong numbers or were disconnected. The next thing I knew, I received a letter from a collection agency. In general we have had good experience with Williamson Medical, but if this is the ER practice for that hospital, will definitely consider another ER next time.
