This has been the most unprofessional experience I've ever had as a patient. The turnover rate for doctors is astonishing, and the office staff changes so frequently that you never know who you'll be dealing with. The doctors tend to dismiss your concerns and don't seem to listen to what's really going on in your life. The "office managers" appear to lack proper management skills. If you miss an appointment, they'll definitely charge you for it. However, they expect you to wait when the doctor arrives 30+ minutes late in the morning, even if you're the first appointment of the day. Patients time is valuable too, but it doesn't seem to be a priority here. Doctors are more focused on pushing medication rather than providing you with helpful tools to improve your health and life. Changing the name of the practice doesn't change anything.

The receptionist, nurses and all the staff especially the doctors are all deserving of a top rate rating, and I hope they never leave!

This is a very nice and respectful office. The staff and doctors are very attentive to my needs and care. They greet you with a smile and focus on you when you are in the office. The doctor makes sure you have enough refills of your medication while you are in the office. Even though I am from out of town I feel comfortable in the clinic. I like the new location of the office. I would recommend Dr. King to anyone because of his caring and respectful way of trying to help with your problems.

Went for my first appointment this morning. Everyone was wonderful!! And I mean EVERYONE! I saw Preeti and she made me feel so welcome and at ease and so comfortable. She talked with me like we had known each other before. I highly recommend Ally Psychiatry !

My daughter sees Jennifer Wei, and she is so patient and listens and is very knowledgeable with her practice. She has helped my daughter in just 3 short months where she has needed this care so if her life! Highly recommended!!

It has been very hard for me to find somewhere that listens to the history and issues that I’ve had, and listened to what has worked and what hasn’t. Dr.Korman and staff have been great at getting me in and helping me manage my medications and helping me get through issues of everyday life and the long term.

Drove an hour to make it to the appointment. I showed up on time, but it didn’t matter. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment, filled out paperwork. Waited for almost an hour, and then the receptionist told me they needed to reschedule. The next available date was almost 3 weeks later. I did not feel they cared about your time or health for that matter. Total time wasted : 3 hours. Do not recommend, find a doctor that cares.
