I was so hopeful when I read about this doctors compassion and bedside manner before meeting him. I am bedridden with sickness and everyone acted like he would be the man to figure it out. He has basically after talking to me for five minutes throwing his hands up and acted like it must be all in my head with no alternative answers. I am so disappointed as I don’t know what to do to get good health care anymore. Sometimes these docs are our only hopes and they need to look further than some good bloodwork if symptoms persist.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Bauer and the team at Sarah Cannon. My father has been traveling 2+ hours every month for the past year to see him for his cancer treatments. He takes the time to explain test results and addresses any concerns we have during our visit. My father is doing better as a result of choosing Dr. Bauer for his care.

With end of life care and at visits bedside manner inconsistent and poor with minimal empathy. We were in drug study resulting in death my family member. Additionally felt like he was too insistent on hospice“DNR”etc.

Dissatisfied with his empathy for end of life care and lack of sensitivity to the family for decisions like hospice and etc. My deceased family was in drug study with resulted in bad outcome. I would not recommend him and do not agree with his positive bedside mannerempathy that the other patients posted. Unfortunately my family member is not to post herself. Additionallly he was insistent and insensitive to our end of life decisions.

Communication is key in any successful relationship. Here is an epic fail. Bauer his team do NOT follow up answer questions or return calls. If you want a doctorteam who will partner with you this is not the one.
