I came back from the beach with a red rash on my back. I was terrified after researching what it could be online, but Dr. Fichtel eased my fears with her professional, knowledgable, and informative approach. She then correctly diagnosed and treated the rash. She even noticed a small growth on my neck that she was able to perform a procedure to remove right there in the office. No pain whatsoever. She was thorough enough to even send a sample to the lab to ensure there wasn't anything else to worry about. The space was very welcoming and staff was so cordial that I felt like I was in a five-star hotel and not in a medical office.

Dr Fichtel is so wonderful! She's an incredibly skilled injector, plus she's SO kind and the whole office experience is really lovely. I have gone to dr Fichtel for Botox and filler many times and every time it looks so great. She's also very conservative so you never look overdone. That said, I feel like she really makes 1 vial stretch so I get a lot of bang for my buck. Can't recommend enough!

I went to see Dr Fichtel on 3-23-23. Both Dr Fichtel and her staff could not have been nicer. She is an Awesome Dermatologist! I had a couple of places on my face that needed attention. She noticed a couple more that I did not notice. She took car of them. I highly recommend. I do not think you an go anyplace that you will feel more comfortable, and that you will get better care. She is the best!

Dr Fichtel has been helping me solve various skin issues and even though I don’t have the desired results quite yet her and her staff have been very thorough and accommodating while trying to heal my skin.

I got CoolSculpting done and was impressed with the honestly of Dr. Fichtel regarding whether or not certain locations would be successful. The procedure was done with care for the precise location of the paddles. If I decide to have more treatments I will return to her office.
