I did webcheck-in before going in there and when I went there I was told that they are running out of COVID-testing kits and for that reason I had to cancel my COVID testing appointment. Day after when I again did web check-in and I called them to confirm if they have the kits available then I was told that they never ran out of kits and have had enough stock. On day 2 when I went there I was told to wait for 1:30 mins even after web-checkin. I requested the lady at the counter if we can stay in our car then she denied my request very rudely and asked me to hang around in there. Seems like she was very angry and wanted to go home quickly by canceling as many as she can. I will never go to that place again.

The doctor and service inside are great.However , but the lady outside has an attitude problem and she’s rude ! She should be cheerful and treat ppl better than that !

WASTE OF MONEY…I went to this place because the reviews were good but I just went to waste my money. I had a very bad cold the only thing doctor me was: go home and your cold will go away on its own 🤔 I told her it's impossible, I know I have an infection because my fever won't go away, She refused to prescribe me medicine.I called a friend and she recommended me AFD CLINIC, I went immediately the doctor told me that I had a throat infection. She prescribed an antibiotic and the next day I was feeling great.I do not recommend this place

Second time I have sought medical care at this location having no primary care physician. At age 69 I've gone to numerous clinics over the years and this urgent care facility supercedes all others by an inestimable numerical amount. Great doctor who I would want to be my primary physician as well as good staff. Expeditious in getting one back for treatment regardless of number of patients in the waiting room. Highly recommended

Only tested me for strep. I had an earache last week and it has moved to my throat. Was sent home with nothing to help. Waste of money

Arrived before the time I reserved for, which was 10. I was then told it would be an hour wait and I would received a text when I am ready to go back. After a little under an hour of waiting I received that text. Went in, and then waited for over an hour to actually be called back. There were several people who walked in and only waited for 5 minutes, very disappointing. I was the absolute last person in the waiting room after being told I was ready an hour prior. When I was finally called back I waited for another hour, and the staff continued to disappear for extended periods of time causing a further delay. As a medical professional I’m very displeased, patient satisfaction needs to become a priority. I arrived at 9:45 and did not leave until 1:15, for a pre employment screening that overall took less than 10 minutes all together.
