List of Vanderbilt Fertility Clinic's Reviews
I am typically not one to leave reviews but I had the absolute BEST experience at this clinic! The lady at check in, the two nurses, and Mrs. Karen were all amazing! 10/10!
I went for a US SONOHYSTEROGRAM and the team I had was AMAZING! They explained everything they were doing every step of the way and made sure I was comfortable by checking in with me the entire time. I had a terrible aftermath with the cramps and they took such good care of me. They let me take my time until I felt better and continued to check on me until I left. I don't think I've ever had better care! I didn't feel like just another number.
Amazing first visit with Karen Norfleet-McEwan. She made me feel so comfortable and has already given me more answers than I have ever received before. I can’t wait to get started with testing. So thankful I found this office. Thank you for all you do!
Truly the most kind, good hearted group of Vanderbilt! We came in with tough news and left with positive outlooks and a plan. The nurses, the doctors, the nurse practitioner, and receptionist loved on us throughout our journey. So happy we went here!
I met with Karen Norfleet-McEwan and she was absolutely the best NP. She cares about their patients and answers all questions. After trying with 2 other clinics this team really cares about helping you and you don’t feel in a rush during the appointments. The receptionist Camie is very kind and helpful with appointments.
Beware you will get a call center your messages won’t always get to providers it’s very difficult to manage care
This office has gone down significantly since we last used it in 2022. It used to be minimal wait times, prompt communication and generally things were in order with limited confusion. This time we have made appointments that “were never scheduled,” I’ve spent more time in two visits, waiting to be seen for my appointments than I did in our entire fertility process last time. I have sent messages to the portal that went for three-four days without being answered. It used to be same day, almost immediate communication. This does not give me a lot of confidence to move forward with Vanderbilt fertility this round.
I been trying to reschedule an appointment multiples times and they said they have to call me back, but i never get that call ! I also call for talk with the nurse because i been bleeding and with cramps and clots for more than a week and 15 days before this I had my period so this wasn't normal at all , they first said could it hear me they will calling, then doesn't understand me , when i finally talk with someone they said wasn't an emergency, but I ending last night goin to ER because I couldn't hold the pain ...
I met with Karen A. Norfleet-McEwan, my PCP made a referral and it was not what I was needing specifically, however, Ms Norfleet-McEwan took an hour of her time to talk with me, validate my concerns and feelings, and made the proper referral. I would recommend her specifically if her expertise fits your need. I am very appreciative of her kindness.
They helped me have my first baby, so I am so very grateful for that! Dr Roach is to the point and obviously knows her stuff. I appreciate that in a physician. The nurses and receptionist are wonderful as well. The only reason I removed a star is because they don’t have any weekend hours which makes it difficult to work around follicle scans and IUI timing.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
