Stay far away from these doctors. I aggressively do NOT recommend this practice. Saw Dr. Cook and received a $300+ bill just to be told "this will probably resolve on it's own, just take some advil." He barely touched or evaluated me. 6 months later, it has NOT resolved on its own - and I've actually received a diagnosis of thoracic outlet syndrome. Thanks to Dr. Cook ignoring my pain, I now have permanent nerve and vascular damage.

Eager to suggest lots of tests then zip for follow-up. I had to call to get results, only to get a pissy receptionist who would not give results without me coming in. Bad service. Not the future of efficient care. Absolutely would not recommend.

I managed to make it to 33 before breaking my first bone but I guess my body decided to go big or go home for my first one. I broke my right ankle on a Saturday and had my first appointment here the following Tuesday. The front desk staff were friendly. The PA's were very knowledgeable and gentle when performing their exam of my foot. Dr. Jeff Cook was my doctor and he walked me through all of my options with patience and details. He and his PA's went the extra mile to find me a detailed ballpark estimate of my out of pocket costs, as well as recovery timelines for both the surgical and non-surgical routes. When I decided to have the surgery, Dr. Cook was able to schedule me for the next day which was great because that meant I could start healing faster. Day of surgery he kept my friend informed of how the procedure went (I was too out of it to remember anything) and could not have done a better job. You can tell all of the staff really care about their patients. They made my visit most pleasant as possible. I would recommend this business to anyone.

"Dr. Greg" is an outstanding physician and surgeon. He is very caring, takes his time with you and makes you feel that you are the only person on his schedule that day. I can't recommend him and his office highly enough. Very nice office

I made an appt to see Dr. Cook and was seen by their nurse practitioner. He was nice and did a great job; however, I do not appreciate being lied to. Chose to not use Dr. Cook as my surgeon because of that.
