I was skeptical, but this cryo facial was AMAZING. I saw instant results, so much so that when I looked in the mirror I blurted out “are you SERIOUS??” 😆 I look snatched and moisturized. 11/10, definitely making this a regular thing.

I went in for a cryo facial (amazing) and was given a cryotherapy session and was hooked. Customer service is impeccable and the concept is a game changer. That first experience was never going to be enough, so membership was a given. I’m so happy I did. You must experience this for yourself. I promise you will be hooked.

I use this for recovery after my workouts and the difference has been staggering. Not only is my recovery post workout is accelerated, the results carry over for the next day. The staff is awesome as well! Knowledgable and very helpful. I highly suggest taking your recovery and wellness to the next level.

My experience at Zivel has been great. They have a red light sauna that goes up to 175• and a cryotherapy chamber that goes down to -150• wild. The staff (Nicole, Elijah, and Amanda) are all very helpful. I would highly recommend taking a visit to their Franklin location.

The Zivel experience, from the moment you enter, is unparalleled. From cryo facials to cryosculpting, Nicole’s skilled hands make the experience and results well worth it. My daily favorite is the cryotherapy, which serves as my coffee for the day. I highly recommend trying Zivel; you will likely enjoy it as much as I do.

We have had a great experience at Zivel Cool Springs. Their team is friendly, welcoming, and highly knowledgeable about wellness and recovery. From the moment we walked in, we knew we were with professionals who truly care about their clients' well-being. The cryotherapy sessions are invigorating and leave us refreshed and energized. We also enjoy their red light therapy and infrared sauna. Highly recommend!
