Darlene at the front desk is always so sweet and kind over the phone. These reviews made me scared bc they are all kind of bad but I’ve had a wonderful experience Also Christy is the BEST She has the most patience and love for her patients. I’m so blessed and glad I found these wonderful people

It is sad to see the bad experiences described here As for myself I couldnt be happier with my first visit via Zoom I met with Ben L. he was charming and thorough the meeting lasted an hour and not once did I feel he was rushing me or uninterested. I later had to call in a BP reading and the woman who took my call was courteous.

i have called this place 5 times and sat on hold for 5 minutes each call . youd think theyd help ? im literally on hold as i make this review . im 19 trying to make a mental health appoint on my own and this place is no help i have no idea where to go bc this place was jus a suggestion . dont recommend this place at all . very unsatisfied

Impossible to get appointment. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. One would think they would be more sensitive to those seeking mental health care help but sadly they are not.

Our first visit was great it give me hope they were going to help us by finding resources and things in the community to help my son. The second visit she had no resources for us and had done absolutely nothing she said she was going to do. It really let me know they werent interested in trying to help. If your going for resources please dont waste your time.

I am very thankful to Centerstone in Gallatin. I moved here I was in a bad place. I had no insurance and no income. I was treated with respect. They showed me concern and helped me to work thru a difficult time period in my life. Deborah K
