Very pleasant experience while conducting a long term care insurance assessment here today! Friendly staff, warm atmosphere and pleasant experience leads to very satisfying experience for both residents and staff alike! It’s great to see the joyful interactions between residents and staff. This is such a home like setting in the most friendly town in America!! The ED there has been in her position longer than any other I’ve known, and her leadership is remarkable!!

I have traveled a lot with work before I retired and ate at many restaurants and some 5 star. The meal I had while visiting this facility rated as one of the best meals in my experience. The bonus is the employees feel like family.

We have really appreciated the warm welcome my grandfather has received. He is starting to get involved in some of the activities, and the staff has been wonderful. He has enjoyed the meals in a group setting where our family is happy he is socializing again.

Charter and their caring staff, made my mom’s last years a joy to her and peace to me. They took outstanding care and brought me so much peace during difficult years. The administrator, Stephanie Harville, and the Director of Nursing are above and beyond helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend you begin your search for the perfect place for your loved one at Gallatin Charter. If assisted living isn't the best fit for you, they will help you find that perfect place. Mrs. Harville is such an invaluable asset to the Sumner County Community with her wealth of knowledge and experience in caring for the elderly.

My aunt has been a resident of Charter Senior Living of Gallatin for nearly 10 months and could not be happier! It's the perfect place for her and is a superb choice for anyone searching for a high-quality assisted-living community. From the top-notch staff (truly some of the finest people on the planet) to the safe, comfortable and clean facility, Charter is simply the best of the best! When you walk through the front door, you immediately feel at home. Warm smiles will greet you, a fun activity will likely be taking place, and the aroma from a meal being prepared will make you want to stay awhile. You cannot go wrong with choosing Charter Senior Living of Gallatin for your loved one!

We have come from out of state twice to visit a relative living at this assisted living. We were graciously welcomed with friendly staff, they accommodated us with a good lunch in a separate area as we visited with our relative and ate together. Very clean, decorated nicely according to the season and dog friendly.
