Dr B. was literally my last endo after all I had seen over the years-I has all but given up. She went over everything and quietly said to me-she said I’ve never seen anything like this before. It’s like the clouds opened up and sang a doctor with HONESTY! After the discussion she confirmed yes I had something wrong, no i was not a psych case and yes I needed treatment but what was it she didn’t quite know. I cried all the way home almost an hour for once I felt VALIDATED. The next day was a Saturday I spent the day resting and that night I googled the #1 endocrinologist in the USA. He had a website and an email- I sent one figuring if I was lucky I’d hear from him the following week. He called me that Sunday night and told me he knew what was wrong and could fix me what I had was super RARE. Thanks to Dr B my life is now cancer free and I’m feeling much much better and oh ya anxiety is normal levels now! Thank you Dr B for returning me to me.

A huge waste of time on my part. I waited over 60 days to get in to see her. She was a horrible listener and very arrogant. The wait time was over an hour. She was very disorganized she didn’t read my labs that my doctor had sent. It was so A huge disappointment to say the least I regret taking the day off I regret spending 3 1/2 hours in her office if I could give a negative score I would.

Unorganized And only spent five minutes talking to me. She want to know if I want to change my medicine. I felt like I was the dr. and she was the patient needless to say I will not be bad. I was A First time patient

She has an office in Gallatin&Hendersonville which would normally be fine but they don't have a PHONE for the in the Hendersonville office??? I left multiple messages to get a refill with no luck. After the 3rd day and being upset Dr. B herself got on the phone to take my order. The meds she prescribed weren't covered by insurance but had a discount code. It wasn't called in right . My future office visit was billed w/o choosing insurance to cover.... Billing is outsourced so they cant help!

I was upset by the front desk people asking me for payments my husband had already paid...as my emotions are very fragile right now, but her staff was friendly and calmed me down immediately. She is charming and and listens intently to my many concerns. I will always go to her if and when I need her expert opinion.
