Dr. Madson seems to be a great provider! However his office staff is less than desirable. This is the second time they've scheduled an appointment for my 86 year old mother - just to get there and say they don't have an appointment. THEY made the appointments. They have no sympathy for the elderly and how hard is to be get ready and go somewhere just to be turned away TWICE! Will be looking for a better environment.

Dr. Madson is very professional, along with being friendly, down to earth and sincerely concerned. I was very impressed right away with him. Would recommend him to anyone!

Can't give a review on a doctor who no longer lives or practices in Zanesville OH. This doctor moved out of state over a year ago the practice is no longer available. Very old info on this web site.

Terrible, he missed diagnosed my husband he put stents in my husband's legs and he had severe pain after they were put in Dr Madson refused to see him because we still had a bill which we were paying on and his wife did not think that we were paying enough money on the bill we were going to go to the hospital but we were told he would not treat my husband because he was on call we went anyway thank goodness we got a hold of a heart doctor who took proper care of my husband,those stints almost cost my husband his leg.Get a second opinion before you have any surgery and make sure you keep copies of all your bills because his wife likes to change the payments on you,she tries to do billing and she shouldn't,Glad he's not in Ohio anymore
