List of Dianna L Shipley's Reviews
Dr. Shipley is a very caring, honest and straightforward doctor. She answered questions that my other Oncologist wouldn’t. I highly recommend her!
Gives false hope, does not share complete information about the cancer diagnosis, recommended Keytruda that ended up causing more harm than good leading to quicker death
Didn't call to scheduled didn't call in medicine My information was sent by my cancer Dr to her office In October. I had to in November to actually get an appointment. I went to my appointment and was prescribed a drug.Later, I still don't have the cancer stopping drug my cancer surgeon said I need.
So far I feel we have had a terrible experience. First appointment Dr. Shipley acted like things were no big deal. She was not on the same page as our radiologist. She found out the radiologist spoke to us as a family and answered questions that we had then she must have jumped all over him because he all of a sudden didn't remember telling us the things he did. Last visit talked more about herself than about my dad and today's visit which we needed to discuss something concerning about the report she didn't show up and didn't even let them know she wasn't coming. Just pushed them off on a NP who couldn't tell them much of anything that they didn't read for themselves. Now we find out she's taking over a week off in October, 2 more in November and going to only 3 days a week in January. Even today the radiologist and the oncologist that was in the office didn't agree. Seems that nobody is on the same page and we can't get any straight answers and it's been 3 months now. We learn more from trying to read the reports which we are not trained to do than we do from the office visits. What in the world is going on here!!!!
She is a Rock Star. Treated my dad for colon cancer. Who is in remission. Just a great human being.
Excellent staff. Excellent dr. Quality care.
Dr Shipley is very concerned and knowledgeable of her patients. Very comfortable in her care
Dr. Shipley and all of the medical providers and staff at the Gallatin location of TN Oncology are top notch! They provided the best care possible and always have an uplifting attitude. We are very appreciative of their care and guidance.
Dr. Shipley was a horrible Oncologist. I was so glad to go see someone else. Shipley ignored me when I was in the room but talked to my friend's regarding my Breast Cancer Diagnosis. She also agreed to lower my initial chemotherapy dosage to help offset any neuropathy in my fingers or hands. But yet stabbed me in the back in my medical records stating I was Non Compliant. This also almost cost me my Healthcare Coverage. Shipley is pure evil treating a patient this way. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone.
Dr . Shipley was very dismissive when I tried explaining my experience and symptoms.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
