Ferdinand Espeleta's Online Review Report Card

Mi experiencia con el pediatra asido buena sin embargo tiene unas secretarias que cuando a tienden tu llamada no te son directas en decirte si te atenderán y cuanto tiempo tardará en atenderte el pediatra , la vida de los niños no es un juego mi hijo casi convulsiona esperando allí que lo atendieran, esperar 3 horas con una fiebre a más de 105 grados y que tarden tanto tiempo porque es casi 1h.30m para que lo atendiendan estando en el cuarto , pueden ser muy buenos pero si no se creen capaces de atender a tantos niños no deberían decirle a las personas si te podemos a tender a tu hijo sin una cita médica si tiene seguro y vez que está delicado de salud fuera bueno que le dieran más prioridad a esos niños.

To Alberto Rosas: if it’s that bad you should’ve just made the initiative to leave and come back or go somewhere else. Dr Espeleta and his staff are of course attending to scheduled patients and in the healthcare industry, some patients can take longer than usual depending on what’s going on with the patient/s. That’s the normal wait time if you do not have an appointment anywhere. Try Vanderbilt ER and you’ll be there til midnight. 6hrs just to get a room in the ED, more if the patient needs to be admitted, that’s not including the time it takes for the ED doctor to examine the patient. Any urgent care is the same depending on the day and season. Please do not blame Dr Espeleta and his staff, they’re doing their best for every child/patient to be seen and will not turn away anybody if possible.

to who may it concern. we call for a check up and they say come on in then we wait for 3 hrs and 10 min after they let us go in a 6x6 room and wait for another 1.5 hr. they has more patient of what they can handle. is better tell patient to comba k at certain time instead of just be waiting hrs. looking for another specialist. very frustrating

Muy buenos doctores ya tengo 15 o más años con ellos de unos años para acá es un poco tardado las consulta pero vale la pena la espera…

The entire establishment is unprofessional, unethical, and discriminatory. I have never met Dr. Espeleta but my contact was with Katrina the Associate Provider. If you have issues don't expect a call back. They will skip over you for other patients who come after you, and leave you sitting in a cold room. Instead of ordering medical records they will instantly want to poke, and prod your infant with needles without looking at prior medical history. They truly do not value their patients. They are discriminatory, and cater to a certain kind so if you don't fit within that category your child will not get the care they deserve....BEWARE & STAY AWAY from Trinity Pediatrics!

Amazing Doctor he really cares and is very good at explaining hes patient with one and overall i would highly recommend him. I have been with 2 other doctors previews and they were either not there and always had to see the praticioner and were with me in the room for like 3 min. Wasnt really interested in knowing the patient. As a mother i was looking for a doctor that would interact more with my kids and feel like i was beeing listened to not just another number. The wait may be a while but the service you get amazing...

Dr E and his staff are fantastic. I have taken children to him for 10 years. He answers every questions. He takes the time to explain procedures in detail to ensure that everyone understands what happens next. I believe he is the best pediatrician that I have ever met. He always returns calls even holidays and evenings which is so rare nowadays
