First off I absolutely love Doctor Lau. Now let's get to the 1 star. The people that are now running this doctor office are slipping hard. This last year has been filled with wrong appointments and constant confusion on prescriptions. Their attitude towards patients is so rude. I've been going to this office since before it was big and I hate it now. No security I feel left out in the dark. This isn't acceptable period. Please get it together.

Doctor Lao is a good doctor, but here lately he is completely disinterested in you as a patient compatient Kama he sits there and listens to you and he acts like he is so completely bored, and then he just kind of dismisses you and walks out the door to the next patient I don't know what's happened to him maybe hes just tired of being a doctor if that's the case and he needs to do something else my past couple of visits with him I have been very very disappointed!
