Cannot say enough - unbelievable care , communication and compassion Truly a gift to have been guided to Highpoint by a friend in the medical field - Alec the chaplain was the literal hands & feet of Jesus for our family and went above and beyond! Thank you to everyone - your servant hearts were so needed and truly a balm for our weary souls!!

Amazing team! They never treated my mom as a patient only, they treated her like she was there mom too. They were intentional with her care. Also amazing preparing me for what was to happen. I will never forget the care and passion and love that was shown to my family after my mom passed. They were great. Would recommend 100 times over. Thank you to all the nurses that were there for me, but especially for my mom!!

When you have a loved one going through Hospice, it can be very emotional and hard. Highpoint Hospice provided us with everything we needed for care at home- band aids, gloves, chucks, diapers, wipes,etc. Piper was very patient and supportive while explaining care and what to do. She was very compassionate about the care for my Mom. All of the staff, nurses, tech, Chaplin, and case worker took time to talk and never rushed through things. They all made you feel like you have known them for a while, they were very personable. They all gave a level of comfort and support going through such a difficult time. I will always be grateful for that.

Our family faced the unimaginable this last week. We came home with my grandmother on hospice. We were lost and navigating a journey we had never walked. Piper has been wonderful. She helped us with every step in the process and even gave us words of peace her last few hours here on earth. We will forever be thankful for High Point Hospice and especially Piper.

l do not recomend them. Did not like the service. The nurse was two faced and she over stepped her boundaries in my home. She told lies and tried to have my mother placed in the nursing home. The state was called which upset my mother badly and l like to never got her to calm down and go to sleep.

My husband's dad was under the care of High Point Hospice, and he was well taken care of. Dr. Childers, Piper, Tyler, Lacey, and Brandi worked together to ensure that my Father N Law was well taken care of. They went above and beyond and I am forever grateful to this team of Angels! If you have a loved one that is needing hospice care I absolutely recommend High point Hospice! 10 out of 10 star rating from me!

HighPoint is the best. They came out when our mother was brought home from the hospital. There was a nurse there twice a week and a CNA that came twice a week to give her a bath. They kept all the supplies we needed. There was diapers, bandages, gloves, wipes and meds. Just anything we needed. They came out every day when mama was near the end just to give support! We would recommend HighPoint to anyone!

Absolutely wonderful to my Mother-in-law and us during her illness and death. We had any supply needed to make this difficult time easier for her and us. The chaplain and social worker helped each of us spiritually and formed a bond with our family. I high recommend High Point Hospice.
