Great DR but to get to him I first had to go through the rudest receptionist on earth. She was also rude to the hospital staff when they called to coordinate a procedure with DR Joseph.

Let me say first of all Dr Joseph is a brilliant doctor. The first 3 or 4 times I went to him he was very nice and explained everything to me patiently. This last time however in the middle of my visit it was like he shut down began speaking in a very cold fast robotic voice explaining my test results to me which were very confusing and scary. I was so scared I was emotionaly broken because I was so confused with all the data he threw at me so fast without any explanation.

I am convinced my mom is alive due to the care and innovate way Dr Joseph treats her and her kidneys. He has stabilized a rapidly deteriorating set of kidneys and given confidence to her in ways that provide the deepest and profound peace of mind possible. We love him and thank him unspeakably
