List of Jessica Pugh's Reviews
I’m always in and out and the people who work here are always so kind and easy to communicate with!
Dr. Pugh made me feel very comfortable and was very thorough and explained each step of my visit and what to expect going forward. Her nurse (I believe her name was Jessica) was also amazing! My entire experience, from my initial phone call to make my appointment, to the actual visit with Dr. Pugh was exceptional!
I have been seeing Dr. Jessica Pugh at Sumner Women’s Associates for several years now and she delivered my baby. The staff there has always been extremely helpful and polite and I could not have asked for better. I highly recommend them! Thank you ladies for always going above and beyond!!
I had a new patient appointment yesterday with Dr. Pugh. This is an honest review. I scheduled my appointment for 0800 weeks ago. They called me to remind me of the appointment 2 days in advance, which I GREATLY appreciate. I let the scheduling lady know I was manager on duty to open up my office this week and needed to reschedule, but Pugh didn't have another N/P Appointment until July 😱 Needing an appointment within the month, I kept my time but told scheduling that I needed to be at work by 9:30 at the latest. Day of appointment: I arrive and walk through their door at 7:55. Upon checking in, they had me a BOOK of paperwork. Not 3-4 sheets.....like 50. By the time I finished the paperwork, it was 8:26. Already a little miffed because I had an hour to do the appointment and drive 45 minutes to work, I sat down and waited.... 8:50ish, I get called back by the nurse, who was very sweet! I wasn't to happy because...ya know....GYN appointment.....late to work 😒 I get put in a room and given the gown and sheet. I sit in there for 45 minutes! No nurse came in to check on me, give me updated about how much longer I would have to wait.... Nothing. Finally, so over it, I poked my head out the door to look around. The halls were EMPTY. No noise. I said "Excuse me?" And the nurse popped her head around the corner and said "Give me one moment!" I went back to the table. Another 10 minutes passes with 1 nurse coming in to see if she could do anything for me. I just needed to get to work 😭 Just a few moments pass and Dr. Pugh comes in. I loved her. She was kind, gentle, and patient with my questions! I plan on being a patient of hers for as long as she will take me! I felt bad for getting so irritated and apologized again for being that way. My ONLY suggestion is that if you leave a patient in a room for longer than 10 minutes since the last face to face with a staff member, just have someone...ANYONE...come in and give them an update. Acknowledge that they have been waiting forever and they have a schedule they need to stick to also. I was raised in a family full of medical staff, I understand things happen that delay! Babies are born and you have to run help!!! Just a little update and acknowledge that you know they are still waiting 💙 Next year, I'm taking the day off 🤣 But seriously, everyone there is super kind and made the whole appointment comfortable and easy.
I live jessica pugh as my baby doctor! always gentle and always takes my concerns seriously.
So happy to have found such a pleasant and efficient office staff and doctor.
Dr Pugh is great! She's professional and thorough and makes sure to give me the opportunity to express any concerns, but she also gets me in and out quickly.
I felt comfortable asking questions. Dr. Pugh listened and answered carefully.
She took her time, got to know my history, answered all my questions. I was very pleased.
I had to have an emergency surgery to remove my Fallopian tube Dr. Pugh was calm and understanding and by my side the whole time. She checked on me after surgery and when I did my fallow up visit she was so kind and took her time with me talking about my feeling and the over all day.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
