My doctor had sent my information to this Dr. Office 3X. The first time I call to see if they had my information she said no. The second time I call she said she had the info but need my labs. The 3rd time I call she said that they have everything and would give me a call to set an appointment. I have waited 2 weeks and have not heard anything. I call them to find out when I would get an appointment she said they don't have any information for me or from my Dr. I have wasted a whole month with this Doctors office. Absolutely Ridiculous!!!!
I sure wish I had read these reviews before I let my PCP refer me to this endocrinologist. I am literally on the hunt to find my old endocrinologist who left my current doctors office or find a new one all together. My very first visit with McCauley was weird, rushed, and felt like she was very unconcerned. I recently had two babies back to back and was being monitored by a high risk OB. After the babies I needed to be monitored moving forward by a endocrinologist only. Like I said, very first visit was weird and rushed. She was very unconcerned. Levels taken by my PCP were normal so felt no need to monitor me ever unless I felt symptoms. Well here we are a few months later and I feel awful. I know what my hyperthyroidism feels like when it’s off so I called her office to set up labs so we could see what my thyroid activity looked like now. Nurse was unconcerned, took two days to get back with me only to tell me to follow up with my PCP. I called my PCP and they for the life of them can’t figure out why she sent me back to them when thyroids and monitoring their levels is literally her job. Not to mention on my first visit she told me to contact the office in the event I felt something was off. My PCP wants to help however they were unsure of which labs to run as this is something that should’ve came from the endocrinologist office NOT the patient. To summarize, do yourself a favor and find another doctor who cares, listens, wants to help and their staff believes in doing the same.
She has help me so much with my diagnosis and to understand more , her whole staff was wonderful ,,she is fantastic
I trust Dr. McCauley and her decisions.
Dr McCauley and staff does a great job, working with patients.
Very rude during a special visit. Had to schedule another in person appointment due to short responses after calling the caring staff shortly after a previous visit. Never had I ever been talked to when questioning her suggestion and dosage. Like I was questioning her authority? Have since found another provider. Another profession would be my suggestion.
Everyone was great
Such a great experience on my first visit with Dr. McCauley! Prompt, polite, professional office. So thankful I found Dr. McCauley and Highpoint Endocrinology! Highly recommend.
Communication great. Very good
Very informative

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
