Seen for nerve conduction test. This was the worst experience I've ever had in a medical setting. I felt the doctor and the tech doing the test were in an extreme hurry to get me in and out, had no patience with the fact that the test caused extreme pain and I was asking for a second in between shocks and needle insertion to let the pain settle. At one point I felt I was being laughed at. I cried all the way home. I would never see this person again.

Dr Mason took the time not only to listen to me but also to do everything she could to find to best solution to my problem. She and her team have been amazing to me and I am so glad she succeeded to help me after 4 years in pain. Thank you!!

Dr. Mason is extremely interested in you and your health. She listens, takes notes, goes over options and it is very easy to reach her or her nurse if you have any issue or questions. I highly recommend her.

Seems very busy. Lacks info. Did not help me at all. Told me what I didn't need not what I did need.

She wasn't helpful at all. I had MRI's and she barely explained the test results. I had to look up what it all meant online. My first visit, she didn't even ask me about symptoms. She was only focused on one problem I had and there was no discussion if I had other symptoms with that problem.

She needs to go back to school, I think she missed classes of how to treat patients. She talks over you while asking questions. Dr. Jonathan Citow, world known could teach her.

Dr Megan Mason is an awesome neurologist...She listens to me, never once has she treated me like I was crazy....She took the time to go over my medications with me, adjusted my medication when needed...Dr Mason and her staff deserve an award for outstanding care to their patients...God Bless them, thank you so much for all you've done for me.

Very through review of my huge number of medications. She was open to changing my medications to fit my corrent situation. Since i have received care from Dr Mason, my health has improved.
