Quick, efficient and thorough!

Tired of endocrinologists with bad bedside manner and no cares about how you feel? Well keep looking because this one is just like all the others ive seen. Basically sent me out crying.

First appointment was only 2 min long. Said she would continue my meds I was already on for a year. I called a few months later and said I felt my levels were off and they agreed to send me for labs. Labs came back normal and I asked to schedule an appointment to come in and discuss my symptoms including extreme fatigue and palpitations and they said because my levels were normal Dr McCauley had no reason to see me. When I voiced my concern they said they would have someone call me back. 2 weeks later they called and once again confirmed that the doctor felt no need to see me. Highly highly disappointed in this lack of medical treatment. I will never be back and will tell everyone I know who needs an endo to not come here if they want to be heard and treated.

I am very confident in Dr. McCauley. She is very patient and explains blood work and tests very well. I have learned more about how to take my medication and bone density since I have gone to her. I highly trust my health with her.

Dr. McCauley is a fantastic dr. My first appointment she walked me through my test results and very calmly gave me the steps forward. The wait time to be seen was minimal and her nurse was the BEST, love her!

Dr. McCauley explains my medications and how to take them. She keeps a close check on my bone density and explains the testing well. She answers all my questions. I am confident that she is giving me great care and I trust her and highly recommend her.

This was my second visit which I only came back to make sure it wasn't me, the vibe I received the first time around. She never made any contact with me far as examining me not once. The first visit she appeared to be very aggressive, very little eye contact, and very negative about the outcome of my health! The second time around once again extremely aggressive, negative, stated she was mad , disagreed with my suggestion of treatment yet, turned around and suggested the same thing I ask to take place in my treatment. Appears to be bias. Showed a extreme level of anger and unprofessional basically told me to get out.. No star I only placed one because I had to...

I went for my first diabetic appointment with her in November. She never once touched me, or looked at my feet. She was not friendly and overall rude with the way she talked with me regarding my health. I will never go back to her.

My doctor had sent my information to this Dr. Office 3X. The first time I call to see if they had my information she said no. The second time I call she said she had the info but need my labs. The 3rd time I call she said that they have everything and would give me a call to set an appointment. I have waited 2 weeks and have not heard anything. I call them to find out when I would get an appointment she said they don't have any information for me or from my Dr. I have wasted a whole month with this Doctors office. Absolutely Ridiculous!!!!
