Courtney at Ms. Sue's Med Spa was great. This was my first facial and it was very relaxing. Next on my list is a massage as the masseuse is also highly recommended.

Not good My Name Is Steve Smotherman I have been going to Ms Sue's for years and since it was in her home. Always friendly and great massages. I have a credit for a massage and facial from 12/16/2022. They have been without a massage therapist for more than a year. Every time I call to schedule they do not have a massage therapist. I finally asked if I could get a refund and they said yes or other services. When I went to get a refund so I could get a massage elsewhere, was informed I would only get HALF A REFUND FOR $49! This is not acceptable. How can they charge $99, hold my money for two years and then offer me half? BEWARE
