Had to have diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound at the Gallatin office. Starla was the x-ray technician and she is awesome! She is very efficient and excellent customer care.

Mew to the area and in need of a chest X-ray. Have tried numerous times and days to schedule an appointment but NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES! And, I even selected all the options available and still no answer. I will go elsewhere as I am not sure how confident I would be with any testing knowing how poorly this office operates.

You cannot get in touch with this company! They send a reminder for appts you cannot change the Appt you can not get any type of service from them. Will not be having any tests done at this facility as I've spent two days of my time trying to find out about an my Appt.

They havent answered the phone nor do they return your calls.

I am unable to get a hold of staff to change my appointment .Staff answered one time CClaimed they could not hear me and then hung up on me rudely.The lady that answered was extremely unprofessional!

I just want to say I had an appt on 9/29 today for lung xray. I was checked in by a Lady named Kristy. She is Absolutely Amazing and A Great Asset to your company. Kristy goes above and beyond to help your patients. She has a Heart of Gold is the kindest person I have ever had to deal with. If I ever have to come back to Premier in Gallatin, Tn. I will wait for Kristy to help me!! This Lady deserves a Hugh Raise because we Truly need more people in this world like Kristy. It would be such a Better Place To Live!! KRISTY IS FABULOUS!!

Horrible experienceI've been attempting to contact them for months via phone & email. No communication on their end to resolve a potential billing error on their end.

Awful staff.

They never answer the phone. Getting copies of your own record is impossible.

I've had good experiences with the staff in the office. Everyone has been friendly and professional. But, I don't know what's going on with whoever is supposed to answer their phones to schedule appts. I've called numerous times and no one has answered. I know the number you call is for all of their locations, or so I've been told, and maybe they're busy, but this shouldn't happen every single time you call. Someone should answer the phone to schedule appts. Maybe there's a staffing issue, but it needs to be fixed. Also, every other place I go to get tests done sends me an email to let me know the prep for each test, like whether I can eat or not or whether I need to drink water, and reminder emails. Premier does not. If I was a person who'd never done tests before, I wouldn't know to ask, but since I have, I ask them on the phone. I HAVE CALLED SIX TIMES TODAY AND NO ONE HAS ANSWERED THE PHONE. IT IS NOT GOING TO ANY KIND OF MESSAGE SAYING THEY'RE OUT OF THE OFFICE. I just need to confirm my appt because the last time I was scheduled at Mt Juliet and should have been scheduled at Gallatin.
