No pressure, always a very calming environment. Erin's is awesome, greets U with a big smile & makes everything easy & simple. To be a local aesthetic spa it is terrific for availability. Betty, the receptionist is such a delight. So from the moment your greeted to the time U walk out the door, you will have an amazing experience.

I have used Profiles for numerous services since they opened their doors for business. They never disappoint! I love going there for pampering myself and always feel special. Not just for aesthetic treatments, but also for BHRT. Lisa and all her staff are excellent.

I called to inquire about a procedure and spoke with Betty. I was very disappointed in her interaction and pretentious tone. Not pleasant and did not care to gain a new client. I would highly recommend a new receptionist to interact with the public.

I have been a patron of Profiles for many years now. I am so pleased with the services I have received. I tell Lisa that they are a one stop shop! I get my fillers, botox, facials, eyelashes, massages and biodentical hormone therapy here. They are absolutely amazing. They don't just help me look a bit younger, but more importantly, they help me feel a bit younger!!! I absolutely love Profiles.
