Stephanie is an excellent nurse practitioner who truly cares about her patients - whether they are coming in for an acute or chronic illness or for a cosmetic procedure. She really takes the time to listen to her patients and figure out the best solutions. Stephanie and her clinic are an enormous asset to the community! 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing, Alexis Beach has done two facials on me and she is fantastic. I will absolutely be going back and telling all my family/friends about her.

Stephanie is by far the BEST , Not only is she the best, but she fixes other places botched mess up. My face was so jacked up from filler that I got some place elsa. Stephanie spent almost a year fixing the damage the other place did to me!! She keeps up with the industry's best products and is constantly going to some kind of class, educational meetings with Beauty industry reps making sure she stays educated on all the new high-end stuff. As if all of that isn't enough, she has an amazing heart and is one of the most kind,loving,generous people you will ever meet!!

From the previous reviews, RightCare was at one time pretty good. Stephanie is still very caring. The staff unfortunately is no longer caring or helpful. Over the last several months it has been almost impossible the reach anyone a the clinic. The last time I tried to refill a prescription, I contacted my pharmacy and had them send in a request for refills. A couple of days later I contacted the pharmacy and was told that the refill that RightCare had not sent the prescription in. I tried to call RightCare for two day and was unable to reach anyone. I left several messages but no one returned my call. I finally went the their office and talked to one of the staff. I was advised that faxes from pharmacies will go directly to the patient's file and they don't see it. She then said that the patient then has to call and request the refill also. I told her that I had been trying to call them for two day and got no response. It was at this time that I decided to get a different primary care provider.

Original Post 6-1-2019 Having moved recently from Lebanon, I was looking for a new health care provider. Several neighbors highly recommended RightCare Family Practice. The facility is not as massive as my old provider and has a great and caring staff. I didn't feel rushed during my appointment as I often did at my old provider. Update 6-20-2023 The practice moved to their current location late last year and it is a bit more convenient for me now than the older location was. In addition to NP Stephanie Urell, there are several more NP now in the office. All are excellent providers. The supervising MD, Dr. Fabry, is also an excellent provider. My only complaint, which was echoed by another review, it is difficult to get refills by leaving a voicemail message. I am going to bring up this concern at my next office visit soon.

Top notch treatment! Botox is amazing and the best part is you don’t have to drive to Nashville! I use to make the drive but no more! Their prices are amazing as well. These amazing women are the best of the best and truly care. They don’t try to sell you on procedures you don’t need like most. I have found my happy place for all my beauty needs as well as healthcare. I will never go anywhere else. Highly highly recommended. You won’t be disappointed!
