Had an RFA yesterday and I can roll over in bed with no pain! Looking forward to more painless activities. Blessings to all and a special thanks to Helga and Rhonda. However, as a retired OR and Procedure Room RN I am particularly attentive to various aspects of patient communication and care. On the day of the RFA I was shocked when I was handed a form to sign with no explanation by the interview nurse. I lifted the top sheet which was folded over the text (red flag!) in order to read it. Also, I was a taken aback by the staff’s personal conversations during my three procedures. I don’t think there is a recommendation or rule against it; I just found it rude.

I like that I actually got to see a Dr. This was my first visit and was shocked to be seen by a Dr: every time I went to pain management,, I seen a nurse practitioner this Dr: cares, he listened, and ask me what did I want him to do🙌🏼 which is very important to me..so I will say glad I’m NOT at the Pain Management in Gallatin Tn, I had a awful experience with Jamie Boggs, she definitely isn’t a honest Nurse shame on her

The people are great I have been treated well compared to all horrible Dr I ve been too. Have tumors that have grown now for 6 yrs. Now have a 7mm growth in my lung. I am getting the meds I need for now. I guess we will see for how long. But Dr is kind seems to understand but I will bet money this doesn't last for long. I figure by August I will no longer have this help. But am grateful for help I did get.

I feel like I have hope again that in time I will feel better. I would trust and recommend Dr. Robert Caughey to anyone suffering with chronic pain along with the issue that are causing the pain. The staff in this office have been very supportive and professional as well as Dr. Caughey. I am thankful that I have found this place. More is not always better. You have to Roll with the Punches to come out feeling less pain on the other side. I am currently rolling but I know that when I finally get up this time I'll be better at battling this pain I have suffered with for so long with a clearer head. Thank you Dr. Caughey for what you and your staff do. L. Steele

Dr. Caughey is an awesome pain specialist that treats my 90+ year old parents. He is very knowledgeable when going through the treatment plans. He is very patient and caring in treating my parents. We could not ask for a better pain specialist!
