This was my first visit to Smiley Aesthetics and my first time ever getting Botox. I was nervous, but Lauren, NP, put me at ease and explained everything so well! I’ll definitely be back!

I was nervous as I set up an appointment with Lauren at Smiley Aesthetics in Gallatin. Almost instantly I realized that Lauren was kind, knowledgeable and very personable. She is the first injector that has taken the time to educate me with great detail on the areas of concern I had: dissolving filler with Hylenex, adding Botox to my neck and forehead along with discussing hormonal changes and possible solutions. I needed to dissolve some lip and nasolabial filler as it had migrated. I asked her to keep my lips as full as possible and not to dissolve too much; not an easy task. She walked me through the process and was gentle in her approach. I appreciate the honest feedback I received from her. Clients are looking for it as injectors should have an eye for this yet almost always push more injectables down their throat; not Lauren. She did mention an array of Skincare and laser options that may suit my skin goals. Best of all, not only am I really happy with the outcome (see bottom photo, still slightly swollen), Lauren is a great human being!! She was raised right. This was my first visit at Smiley Aesthetics, and it was amazing. Mercedes and Lauren were so sweet, and made me feel so comfortable. I had warned them that I had a tendency to pass out from needles, but they had so many tips and tricks to prevent that from happening. My biggest fear, prior to the lip filler treatment was the pain from the needle. I barely felt a thing. I was so numb, and they also made sure I stayed numb the whole time. My experience here was so different in so many good ways, compared to other aesthetics places I have been to. The treatments here are also very affordable, and they do such an amazing job. This is my new happy place!!!
