I've been seeing Dr Guha for around 24 years. I've had really good care in the past from Dr Guha. But the last few years the service has plummeted. Ive been trying to get help with a sleep issue for the last few years. Instead of referring me to a specialist we tried to handle it in office. After more than 10 visits we still dont have a solution and when i call in on the referal line asking for a sleep study multiple times then even calling on the refill line and still nothing. Went in today 7 days after the first call for help, being i hadnt slept in near 5 days at the time, and they tell me they haven't gotten a request for a sleep referal. Its pathetic excuse for service. They've also forgotten to call in refills, called about on a thursday until the folowing monday. It is very disheartening, Dr. Guha is a kind man but i don't think his staff is doing him any favors.
