Absolutely the worst customer service ever . I don't recommend this office at all. The lady in the front desk rude with no empathy at all. No communication skills . Providers are not available to call the patient when the patient has a concern . If you are anyway paying for your health services , go pay somewhere else . There are for sure other offices much better and I have to find one for myself .

Staff is great normally and very friendly! I did have one bad experience where I was speaking with one of the nurses and she was clearly having a bad day and very rude. I was trying to inquire about a serious matter with difficulty getting medication and worried about going a full week without it and having withdrawal symptom fears about it. She did not seem to care at all about the situation and her tone of voice was very monotoned and just overall seemed indifferent to my situation. I asked for help with potential withdraw side effects or a sub medication until I could get my normal medicine and she said No……. Which I’ve been prescribed different stuff in the past due to complications with medicine previously. She simply didn’t care and I will be looking for another provider to better offer me assistance and reassurance if this situation arises again. Great staff but that one experience did it for me and will no longer be recommending them to anyone or seeking their services.

Susan is always willing to listen , she takes time with her patients and checks every thing . She entire staff is primo!

I’ve been going to her for about 15 years and she really hears me. She always helps me. And she’s very considerate of tge fact that I have no insurance.

Ms Anderson is caring and thorough. She took her time with me and answered all my questions. I didn't have insurance so she helped me find the lowest prescription costs. He staff is very friendly also. They really care for their patients.

Susan is Absolutely Amazing!! She is kind, understanding and will sit and talk with you. She knows exactly what to do and for some reason if she feels that it could be more required like surgery or something she sends you to the best. My Dr. retired and I will go to Susan as well as my family as long as she is there. I love this lady and once you go see her you will go back!!!

NP Susan is an excellent provider. She and her staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. We are new to Gallatin and very happy w/ our choice to select this team of health professionals.

This is the only doctor I have seen in five years that actually listened to my issues and had a good plan of how to treat my medical issues. I didn’t feel rush to get out of the office with our getting answers to my questions. My blood sugar level and blood pressure are all down and doing great. Feel great and I know she has my health and well-being at heart. I strongly suggest if your not happy where you are give her a try. She is great, the staff is also.

Susan and her team are the greatest! Susan is so intelligent and warmhearted, and takes fantastic care of her patients. She is also easy to talk to; I have never had a provider I was more comfortable seeing. I highly recommend her (and the entire office) to anyone looking for health care!
