I had a painful mass and Dr was very informative and kind. I would recommend this facility. Clean and respectful. Also all the people there were kind and actually cared about my situation. Great staff.
Went to ER and the lady who worked the front this early afternoon around 12-1 has a major attitude problem. She was very hateful, rude, and seemed to hate her job. Someone needs to help this poor lady learn how to smile or something. I’m sure that role can be filled with someone better and more committed. You have people coming in there having severe pains and you are so rude to them? Why? Please replace her with someone more dedicated!
I can’t express enough how thankful we are after our all night visit last night with my son. We came in with an extremely high fever and headache. His nurse was amazing. He spoke on my 9 year olds level and let him feel in control. I have never been so worried about my son and he was scared himself but nurse Nathan was awesome. He was with us all night helping my son understand everything that was going on and comforting him. His bedside manner was the best we have ever experienced. This experience could have gone a lot differently as he had some intense testing done but he was a champ thanks to Nathan. He is an Angel wrapped in flesh. Thanks for all you did Nathan you were the best for my so.
Highly recommend this hospital.
Sumner Regional Medical Center emergency room service is the absolute worst emergency room ever. Do not go there if you value your life. I went there with severe pain in my side, near my kidney, not knowing what it was, the ER let me sit there for hours in the waiting room with the impression that I would be getting in sometime in the near future but it never happened. I repeatedly begged for help in excruciating pain and the desk person always said they would relay the message. However, after several hours the pain was unbearable, and no ER doctor ever saw me. I had to drive alone to Hendersonville Emergency TriStar at 2 in the morning, which is Out-of-Network regarding my insurance, delirious from pain and lack of sleep, all because of the incompetency of the people working in Sumner Regional ER. I should have driven there way earlier but I had been misled into thinking that help was right around the corner. By comparison, Hendersonville TriStar ER was great and took care of my problem immediately. To top this off, Sumner Regional submitted a bill to Blue Cross and Blue Shield for $520 for that zero service. All Sumner ER did was give me pain and aggravation, the worst of my life. A formal complaint on this incident to Blue Cross and Blue Shield is now filed.
My husband was admitted after a 8hour emergency room wait, and I always go with him and stay cause he doesn't understand what all they ssay, say, noooooo I couldn't, even though my daughter was here the week before and her son got to stay with her all night, and on the maternity ward, they claimed it was a rule that had been in place a long time, so I went home with my husband saying give me a way to call you when I need you,it wasn't covid related and 2 nurses were hateful about it,he want be back when he gets out!!!!!!!
Excellent service and communication when my wife was brought in, quick diagnosis and treatment as well as a very friendly staff. Special mention to all the rock star nurses working in the ccu that took care of my wife!
ER visit. Was promptly seen with no waiting. Absolutely nothing negative to say. Both Dr. and nurses were great!!
Want in for Covid and received the Monoclonal Antibody treatment. Great care and really quick service.
buena atención con las personas de bajos recursos

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
