The children’s clinic does an amazing job. Front staff is always kind and helpful. Nurses are attentive and always calm when needed. The doctors are always helpful. Dr. Rundus is always attentive to my children’s needs and always makes them feel comfortable. Thank you for all that you do. We have been going to the Children’s clinic going on 16 years now.
Dr. Rundus is amazing. She takes great care of both of our boys.
We always have a wonderful experience at the Gallatin Children’s Clinic. The staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable and their providers are by far the best I’ve ever partnered with. Dr. Rundus is amazing- my kids love her and she is so wonderful to spend time explaining things and answering questions. Her follow up is great- she is reliable, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We are lucky to have her practicing in our community!

We love VIP children’s Gallatin, specifically Dr. Rundus. She is amazing with both of our boys and always answers any questions we have. Highly recommend!
I have had mostly good experiences with this VIP Children's Clinic, but I am frustrated with the billing office and the fact that they have now decided to "upcode" on child wellness visits. While this practice may be allowable to an extent, it is underhanded to provide care during a wellness visit and not clearly state to the patient that he or she will be billed. My husband's insurance was billed two separate visits- a wellness visit and an office visit which incurred a copay. When I called the billing office to ask for an explanation, the billing personnel said it was due to a "lengthy conversation that I had with the doctor about my child's behavior" and that "if the insurance company felt like it was fraud they would have dealt with it". Firstly, I did not ask for a diagnosis for my child. My child had already been given one at the previous wellness visit which insurance was not charged for previously. The pediatrician, who we had seen for the first time, did not mention that this would incur an extra charge on our bill and was outside the scope of preventative/wellness care. Secondly, no where in my conversation with the billing office did I accuse them of fraud. I know coding errors are possible, but VIP was incredibly quick to bring up fraud which does not give me confidence in their billing practices. Lastly, if you are taking your child in for a wellness visit, the pediatrician and the office can and possibly will charge you for anything that they/or you bring up in the course of the visit including anything that is mentioned on the questionnaire. They are allowed to do this but may intentionally lead you into it, so they can upcode/double-bill your insurance. This is a deceptive practice that preys on vulnerable parents and children.
Dr Stuart is amazing and attentive to the children. They love coming to see her

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
