First off, the office space is STUNNING! Such a beautiful, clean, chic vibe as soon as you walk in. Chloe's space is so zen and peaceful! She is the kindest, most helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable about skin care within treatments and your day-to-day skin care regimen. When I left, my skin was feeling refreshed and moisturized! Cannot recommend Chloe enough!!! 10/10 experience, can't wait to get back for my next treatment!

I recently had a facial with Chloe and I am extremely pleased with the results. Chloe was friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to assess my skin's needs before customizing the treatment to address my concerns. The products Chloe used during the facial were high quality and I felt like my skin was getting the personalized attention it needed. Chloe Alexander is the best esthetician I have been to. I recommend always adding on a dermaplane to your facial service from her - she does a wonderful job at everything she does!

It really makes me sad to leave a one ⭐️ review but in this case, it’s a must. I had been told by girlfriends of mine at Foxland and Fairvue to be “careful” when I told them I was going to Vita for a consult. My tenure at Vita started when I reached out to get the Erbium laser treatment. I scheduled a consult with Lindsey. She gave me a 3 appointment “game plan” to include micro needling coupled with the Erbium laser treatment for $3000.I didn’t ask for the micro needling but the plan sounded good. I paid the $3000 after my consult and scheduled my first treatment. I received an email from Lindsey/Vita to confirm this plan. When I arrived, Lindsey told me that for an additional $500 that day, I would be able to get the Erbium laser with my micro needling treatment. Obviously I was completely confused and said that’s not what she told me and that I had received an email confirming the $3000 for a 3 appointment micro needling/Erbium treatment combo. She stepped out for over 30 minutes and returned with Gina. After a firm and resolute conversation I offered to leave as I couldn’t trust Vita. Gina agreed that I received an email confirmation and said there was confusion. She begrudgingly acquiesced and ultimately honored what Lindsey told me and what I had paid in full for. Unfortunately my subsequent visits to Vita were not the calm, pampering experience a gal hopes for when going to a spa. The tension was high and I felt like an unwelcome intruder when I went in. During my initial consult with Lindsey I learned that Vita had a female hormone practitioner on staff. I scheduled an appointment with Jesse because I like the one stop shopping idea. My appointment with Jesse was on September 6, 2023 and she worked with me to get my 6 month hormone game plan established. I prepaid the total fee assessed by Vita for prescription services for 6 months after my September 6 visit. This would cover prescription services up to March 2024. When I arrived for my 2nd treatment with Lindsey, she and Jesse were in the foyer area of Vita. There were other people lingering. Lindsey greeted me then Jesse said, “Hey Gwen, how is everything going with your hormone treatments?” I simply answered “fine” as I was appalled and almost walked out of Vita. To me this was in direct violation to the privacy laws and I was already feeling awkward going to Vita because of the conversation I needed to have during my previous visit. When Lindsey took me back she apologized and said, “I’m sorry. Jesse should have never done that.” By now I was in tears because I did feel violated by this breach in privacy. I emailed Jesse about this breach and she said her approach was wrong but that everyone present who heard her questioning me were staff at Vita so it was not really a violation. I completely disagree. My last appointment with Lindsey was on December 5, 2023. I was glad it was over so I didn’t need to experience the awkwardness anymore. Today, February 27, 2024 I called to get my monthly prescriptions filled at Hendersonville Health Mart. My 6 month prescription had been called in by Jesse on September 6, 2023. The pharmacist said I only had a remaining refill for progesterone. He and I were both curious about that as I should have had one more month of refills for all my scripts. He said he would call Jesse to get my other script. I left a voice message for Jesse to expect a call from the pharmacist. Within minutes of leaving that message I got a call from Kristy at Vita asking what credit card I intended to use to pay for the prescription refill request. Clearly taken back again, I said the fee I paid in September 2023 was for 6 months. It was only 5 months. I said it was typical that Vita was asking for more fees when they were not due. I said I will not give a credit card and wanted to speak to Jesse. I subsequently got a call from the pharmacist At Hendersonville Health Mart who said they received the refill request. My friends were right. BE CAREFUL !! Vita is NOT what you expect to experience when going to a spa.

ABSOLUTELY love Gina & her staff!! You won’t find any better. All of the ladies are always so welcoming & friendly! Their moods always elevate! As for Gina, she’s amazing & I wouldn’t trust my face with anyone else, literally! This past year I’ve flown to TN from Seattle, WA every 3-4 months just to see her & only her. (I was just there this past week) That should speak volumes as to her abilities & services. I trust NO one else with my face. Why would I when I have the best?! Thank you Gina for always making me look & feel amazing!

Had my first facial at Vita with Chloe about a month ago and it was amazing. Not only did my skin look amazing, but it was a luxurious experience. Chloe is very knowledgeable about peels, hydroplaning and so much more. She can also recommend medical grade skin care products specifically for your skin’s needs. Her room is relaxing, quiet and professional and you will leave looking and feeling fantastic. I highly recommend!!
