Do not recommend going here.. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early to my appointment, which I did. I then waited well over a hour from my appointment time. The doctor was in and out within 3 minutes. I do not feel like my issues or evaluation was taken seriously. Additionally, the prescription I got prescribed never got filled. Its been over a month and still hasn't been filled. I have called and left numerous voicemails, but still haven't been contacted back.

Do not go if you're looking for a communicative dermatologist. I have been going since January and have not even started the treatment regimen that we talked about starting due to lack of communication and taking accountability. not only did they forget to put my information into the iPledge program the first month and communicate with each other about it, but they did not listen to me, the pt, that insurance was going to need pre approval so I missed the second month. They do not seem to keep record of calls or information given in pt files due to the lack of information on the struggles we've been going through with this. Their pt advocacy and willingness to reach out and make things right or communicate the next best steps is why I will not be going back and will be trying someone new.

I am always so impressed by this office and staff. Stephanie is amazing and her team made me feel so comfortable! Very friendly and they listened to everything I had concerns about. If you need a dermatologist I highly recommend checking them out.

They took care of my issue, however I was sick for my follow-up appointment. I called the day before, 3-5 times, no one would answer the phone and no voicemail on their office line. I left a message on the nurses line, because it was the only voicemail. Now I have to pay $25 for a no-show? I've called their office every month about this and I'm told they'll get back to me and never do.

Dr. Allread is a great doc, great manners, personable but also a great surgeon (and staff) cutting out a fast growing squamous cell carcinoma I had on my shoulder. I would give more stars than 5 if at all possible. Highly recommend this place!

Left a work trip (out of state) to travel back for my early appointment with Wellskin which was scheduled for the next morning. Right after receiving an automated appointment confirmation call, I get a call from their office telling me that the doctor was not going to be in on the day of my appointment. Had I done that I would have been charged due to it being less than 24hrs notice. Now I have to find another dermatologist as well as explaining to my manager. Absolutely would not recommend these people of this is how they do business.

Very disappointed in the service I received. The dermatologist spent less than 3 minutes in the room with me, which is not enough time to evaluate any skin issue. While this place might be fine for someone wanting Botox, fillers, or some other cosmetic service, if you have a real skin issue, I wouldn't waste your time or your money.

Dr Allred is awesome! Listens to concerns and goes above and beyond to treat effectively. Glad I found a knowledgeable person.

I don’t feel as though my skin concerns were properly addressed the dermatologist only spent less than 10 min with me and didn’t even examine my skin just looked at it and gave me a cream. The pharmacy had a hard time getting a hold to them regarding one of the prescriptions being non covered. I called multiple times and no response! The front desk is nice but that’s it!

Just started going there this past year for acne and desired more treatment options. Staff was incredibly welcoming and provider helped me to begin treatment and I'm seeing great results! Highly recommend!
