My aunt is a new resident and it has been impossible to reach her. Every time we call to schedule a visit there is a reason why we can’t. She needs her family around her and it seems suspicious that there is always a reason that we can’t see her. We are all she has she isn’t married she doesn’t have kids bc during this time in her life she needs us. Why? Aren’t nursing homes supposed to provide care around the clock for the patients health but family should be encouraged to visit as often as possible for the mental and emotional support and well being? Are all nursing homes like this or just you guys? Is this a prison and the nurses determine when they can hVe visitors? If there were half stars or no stars that would be my pick. Also someone has lost a brand new pair of glasses to the tune of $400…who replaces those since her money is tied up in her prison care?

Both of my parents recently became residents at Gallaway Health. They had lived with me for almost three years the time had come that I alone could no longer care for them. As hard of a decision and situation as that was I now have no doubt my parents are in the right place with the most amazing team of care givers. Gallaway Health was the right decision.My parents are well cared for and safe The staff is AMAZING From my very first phone call to inquire about their services everyone has been incredible . They literally walked me through each step answered all of my questions listened to all of my concerns and went above and beyond anything I expected to make this transition as easy as possible. This didn’t stop once my parents were admitted. They continue to go above and beyond In every way.If you’re in a similar situation right now let me assure you you will not find a more loving caring staff than that at Gallaway. Not only do they care deeply about the residents but they care about YOU. They have very quickly become dear friends and an extension of my family.It’s so wonderful knowing that my parents are being treated so well loved and cared for 247. Knowing that they are happy and safeI can’t thank Demetra Joanna Britney Felisha Roxie Kelley Ms. Racine all of the therapist nurses CNA’s Maintenance… absolutely everyone ENOUGH There just aren’t words that adequately express my gratitude.I definitely recommend giving Gallaway Health a chance to meet you or your loved ones needs.Amy Ludwig

I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 7 YEARS AND I LOVE IT.

The physical therapy is wonderful kind and they urge me to go on and succeed. The aides that are here are great wonderful any daughters couldnt have picked a better place. The kindness that have been displayed have been appreciated. Housekeeping great and kind. Activities are good also.

I love being here at Gallaway because they take real good care of me. The staff makes sure I have all my needs taken care of. I wish I could have Tacos everyday. Overall I give the facility a 100\10 Good Smart People.

I like being here with all the staff the people that works here are amazing. They put their heart in to what they do everyday whole heartedly.

Beware of sepsis in this facility beware of false reviews claiming how great the place is they are mostly posted by employees. Always check the official Medicare ratings by state and facility name for a true picture.

The members at Gallaway Health and Rehab are incredible. My stay and services provided there was incredible. Each week day and weekend the personnel were very responsible and attentive to my needs regardless of the hour of the day night or early morning ex. 2am 3am 4am hour. They were very kind respectful and carried themselves in a very professional manner. Whenever there is a physical medical need I highly recommend Gallaway Health and Rehab.

My mom is currently a long term patient at Galloway. I can truly say the staff at Galloway is the kindest and most caring that I’ve ever witnessed in a nursing facility. I have walked into her room and heard her caregivers telling her how much they love her while holding her hand. I highly recommend Galloway for your loved one.

A few years ago I had a family friend there and the staff was very friendly and professional the care that my friend received was commendable and exceptional. I would definitely recommend this place for the professionalism cleanliness and caring staff.
