Dr. Murphy was thorough, pleasant, and a careful listener. His intern was also very knowledgable and professional. The entire visit was great with excellent support staff plus clean and comfortable facilities.

My visit to see Dr. Andrew Murphy was great. He is a very friendly, kind and a knowledgeable doctor with a terrific demeanor and bedside manner. My only concern with this visit is that it took too long to be seen. My appointment was at 10AM, I arrived before 10AM. I wasn’t called back to a room to see Dr. Murphy until 1046AM. After signing in and sitting in the waiting room and waiting for quite a while, I asked the receptionist was I still listed to be seen. She couldn’t give me any info as to why I was still there waiting beyond my appointment time. I do understand that I will not always be seen at my scheduled appointment time, due to certain circumstances, but it seems as if someone should have informed me that appointments are running behind scheduled times. Instead I was not informed about anything. This really left a bad taste in mouth with Campbell Clinic - Germantown, but because I am so impressed with Dr. Murphy, I believe I will remain a patient at Campbell Clinic, but please do a better job of keeping patients informed if they can’t be seen at their scheduled appointment times.
