The entire crew is wonderful...I've only had super positive encounters and the results of my PT treatments with Megan have been absolutely Amazing...Yes I would highly recommend this group.
I have been seeing Tyler for 3 years, I followed him from his previous physical therapy location to Apex. Dry needling is the only thing that helps me with my chronic pain and Tyler is great! He always explains how sore I will be due to the procedure, dependent on the location. He is professional and approachable, and has never made me feel uncomfortable because of my weight. As a person living in a fat body I have encountered so many people who work in medicine who have extreme bias toward fat people.
Tyler is a very knowledgeable PT. He answered any and all of my questions with the utmost patience, even though I'm pretty sure I asked the same thing multiple times. I definitely recommend him, not only for his abilities but also his bedside manner.
Went and saw Tyler after experiencing severe lower back pain from an injury I had been putting off for a while. It left me unable to compete in powerlifting. Tyler evaluated me and recommended dry needling, after several sessions the pain subsided and I was able to go back to my every day activities and lift how I wanted to. I have since competed and am stronger than ever. Could not recommend him enough.
A friend recommended I see Tyler for some dry needling to help relieve some back/piriformis pain I was having. I was able to schedule an appointment super quick. The staff was very friendly. Tyler was very knowledgeable and gave me some advice on movements that will help. I'm looking forward to my second appointment next week. I definitely recommend this clinic!
Thank you to Tyler Andrews at Apex for making my back feel so much better! I will never see anyone else again. He was so nice and never made me feel uncomfortable!! Definitely recommend him!!
Tyler is the best PT! Always going above and beyond for the care of his patients. Couldn't recommend him more!
If you're looking for a physical therapist stay away from Apex Physical Therapy. I had a HORRIBLE experience. I went in and saw Tyler Andrews at the Collierville location and left in more pain than when I went in. He did dry needling on me before during any other assessments. I will not speak to the rest of the PT's there since I didn't encounter them. It's been almost 5 weeks and I'm finally able to sit up with out being in severe pain. Going for a MRI to sure no damage was done. I did contact the owner Kim Harris who basically said her therapist have free autonomy to treat as they seem necessary. I've had dry needling for a different shoulder from obviously a more experienced PT at Semmes Murphy. I never left in pain and was not nauseated and threw up after I left. I'm currently seeing a young man at Otho South who is amazing. Do your homework and if someone refers you make sure they have definitely had a one on one with the therapist. I missed Christmas with my family over this. Only relief was laying flat on my bad.

At first, I was worried about talking to a physical therapist about my “problem” but I feel like I’m 16 again! I really don’t know who to thank because the whole team got involved! Thank you Kimmmm!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
