Dr. Pallets was very attentive and calming. He appeared to really care and set me at ease. He addressed all my concerns and made sure that I understood what was happening.

The visit with Dr. Pallera was great. Short, to the point and with resolutions. Now I arrived at 7:35 am for a 8 am appointment. Checked in and waited to give blood. Around 8:40 called to give blood then called to my appointment around 9. Not sure of the delay or if this is normal.

It was like walking through a maze from A to Z. Each station performed a task and moved you on to the next station. Dr. Pallera laid out the treatment plan and we received our appointment schedules and prescriptions. The processing was so well organized. It made being there a whole lot easier to deal with.Thank you West Clinic!

Dr. Arnel Pallera and nurses are nice and professional. It was my first time at West Cancer Clinic I thought I had a long day ahead of me there but I was wrong.

After being alerted by West Clinic that there could be a delay on visit with lab work and seeing doctor due to Covid and safety issues causing a time issue, I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly the visit was. The staff greeted and took temperature, asked safety questions related to Covid and then I was sent to sign in. Sign in was not a long wait as each person was processed amicably and instructed to wait until called or messaged for lab. Again, lab staff was friendly and efficient and I thank Ruby for good "happy dance" lab results. After lab I awaited to be called to see Dr. Pallera. This wait was also not overlong as I had expected. And, of course, Dr. Pallera is such a caring doctor and has continued such good care of me over the past 10 or so years with my journey of CLL. Dr. Weir was my previous doctor when I first entered West Clinic with a diagnosis of ITP and he tended me through to my diagnosis of CLL until he moved at that time from the Memphis area. Upon his move he recommended Dr. Pallera to continue as my doctor...so I thank him also for fitting me with a doctor that has worked so well with me. A definite thumbs up for West Clinic!
