I went in today for an ear ache and was denied service because I would not consent to a covid test before I'd even been seen by a doctor. Needless to say but I'll not be returning.

waste of time and money. i told them at front i was having abdominal pains. they could’ve told me they didn’t have machine to x-ray instead of taking my money & sending me to doctor just for her to tell me to go to the ER.

I was not here for a hour , received the best service I’ve received in any primary clinic within Memphis. Very clean, professional and the doctor was very proficient and I felt very comfortable talking to her. Thanks I wish I can tell everyone about this place but I don’t want it to start getting packed. Lol

Overall, I've had a pretty good experience with Humphreys. The staff is typically super friendly, it's a clean and nice environment. Your experience here definitely depends on which doctor/LPN you get, though. Most of the ones I've seen have been decent, with the exception of one not so great one. The 5 Stars in this review, though, are literally for Betsy Cordell, herself. I've had some pretty rough luck in general with finding doctors who don't minimize or blow off my concerns, and Betsy has just completely turned that around for me. She is quick, efficient, friendly, and most importantly, she LISTENS, and actually seems to care about getting to the root of the problem. I appreciate her so much, and absolutely am so happy that I don't have to keep searching for new doctors.

I have been there two times with my wife and once for myself.The staffs at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.The medical team is very nice and helpful.I will make this my clinic from now on.

They don’t care about their patients. They misdiagnosed and gave the wrong prescription and when it got worse wouldn’t do anything about it.

I went in to get a tb skin test for school and after sitting for a hour and informing them that I had someone waiting on me outside they still made excuses to why I hadn’t been seen ! Then I walked to the car to let the person who was waiting to know the moment I walked back in they said they had taken me out of their system. I would not recommend. The lab tech was not busy. She was just sitting at the desk taking her time. Front desk lady with the blonde hair lied several times saying she was drawing up for labs And she wasn’t. And they will play lost or dumb but really working slow !!!! UNPROFESSIONAL! RUDE ! & most definitely LIARS . Never again

I came in on March 16th at 8:45am ... As a walk in ...the front desk ladies where polite...The walk in doctor was rude .she didn't want to see me in person I was in so much pain .I ask for a shot she told I didn't need that in the next breath the clinic was out of shots..I left there at 10:50 in the same condition I came in.I had to go to another doctor..I had a very bad experience with V.Smith Vernita Smith she treated me horrible.
