This place has gone down hill because of the receptionists. Most if not all are rude and condescending, on the phone or in person. You'll be lucky if they pick up the phone on the first attempt. They will not try to accommodate you if you urgently needs to see the doctor. Your health is of no concern to them. Especially the older white woman aka "The Karen."

I have been a patient at BMHCC for years. I received wonderful care. My doctor recently retired and I opted to see another doctor in the group. I am now leaving and going to another PCP . This group has changed and is too large and overwhelmed. I don’t want my medical care to be dictated by a medical assistant. It takes days to hear back on requests for prescriptions and other needs. Frankly, I would prefer a minor med over this group.

Baptist Internal Medicine Gtoup is a great practice. The front office staff are efficient and fun, the Doctors are incredible. I usually see Dr Neese but have been worked in with several others in an emergency All the staff are friendly and know their stuff. I would recommend them to anyone

We all know how hard the search for a PCP is, right? Well I called 11/12 and was coerced into setting an appointment as a new patient for 11/16. I told the receptionist that I was unsure if I would be able to make it because of the short notice. She insisted, so I went ahead. I was told that I could call and move the appointment at any time. However, she failed to inform me that if I wanted to call and reschedule the same day as the appointment, I would be labelled “no show” and would be denied service, permanently . I get it, you’re losing money now because you can’t fill that spot. But, if you would have notified me of the no show policy, I would have not made an appointment I wasn’t certain that I could make.... So, now I have to go back on the search for a PCP that takes my insurance and isn’t 20 miles away.

If I could give Dr. Rawlinson and this clinic zero stars I would. First, we didn't see the MD until we had been there for over an hour on the two visits we had to this clinic. Then the MD wouldn't even listen to our concerns about my husbands health. He has a poor bedside manner and he didn't care what we had to say. We came with legitimate concerns and they were lazily dismissed. When we tried to change to another doctor within the same clinic, the secretary told me I had to write a formal request with my complaints to change doctors to the office manager and wait for approval. Wait for approval? They lost our business.
